Underlying data
County boundaries, population, land area, places and ZIP code areas come from the U.S. Census Bureau and are in the public domain. County seats and founding years come from Wikidata (CC0) and were checked by us. This site uses Census Bureau data but is not endorsed or certified by the Census Bureau.
